The Evolution of Controlled Wood for Forest Management Enterprises

A bold new strategy for FSC Mix and Controlled Wood was launched in 2019. Today, we are implementing this strategy through changes to the FSC Controlled Wood Standard for Forest Management Enterprises which includes the mandatory migration of Controlled Wood/Forest Management (CW/FM) certificate holders to full Forest Management certification, the integration of FSC’s Principles and Criteria into the CW/FM standard, and ways to locally adapt these new requirements.  Join this panel discussion as we explore the proposed changes, discuss how they contribute to FSC’s strategic objectives and the potential market response.
