Retos y brechas en la implementación del Marco para la Remediación del FSC e ideas para mejorarlo

FSC is embarking on the pioneering feat managing a voluntary, non-judicial pathway for rights holders and the environment to gain access to remedy for harms stemming from conversion of natural forests and other unacceptable activities. This work has identified challenges and gaps in implementation as well as positive benefits and opportunities for rights holders and stakeholders. It has also offered FSC important learnings through organizations implementing the remedy framework, rights holders engaging in remedy, stakeholders observing and supporting rights holders, and through experts conducting independent assessments for remedy processes.  At this session, FSC members will hear from different perspectives and their proposals for improvements. A facilitated interactive session to discuss opportunities and solutions to address challenges and harness opportunities for remedy where you are asked to provide your ideas and input.
